Community Rights for Social Justice

Community Rights for Social Justice

In this workshop, we explore why we don't have the power to establish minimum wage laws, LGBT rights, stop pipelines, and other issues facing our communities. We look at how the corporate state overrides local democratic decision-making and forces unjust labor, environmental, and discriminating practices into our communities, and delve into what communities are doing to elevate their rights, and those of nature, over the corporate state.

RSVP is required! The cost is $25 and includes curriculum and lunch - sign up here: www.ohiocm.org
