Ohio Community Rights Workshop

Ohio Community Rights Workshop

In this workshop, we explore why we don’t have the power to establish minimum wage laws, immigrant and LGBT rights, stop injection wells, pipelines, compressor stations, and others issues facing our communities. We look at how the corporate state overrides local democratic decision-making and forces unjust labor, environmental, and discriminating practices into our communities. And we delve into what communities are doing to elevate the rights of communities and nature over the corporate state. Cost is $50 which includes curriculum, lunch and snacks. Register by October 12 here. Hosted by Ohio Community Rights Network
