Community Rights for Social Justice Workshop: Growing Roots and Justice

Community Rights for Social Justice Workshop: Growing Roots and Justice

In this workshop, we explore why we don't have the power to establish minimum wage laws, LGBT rights, stop pipelines, and other issues facing our communities. We look at how the Corporate State overrides local democratic decision-making and forces unjust labor, environmental, and discriminating practices into our communities. And we delve into what communities are doing to elevate the rights of communities and nature over the Corporate State. Cost $27 (includes book and lunch). Payment can be made at registration via credit card. We also accept checks. Please make them payable to CELDF and mail to PO Box 360, Mercersburg, PA 17236
